Before a patient, customer or client reads your sign or meets your staff, they see your front glass. Clean, clear windows quietly say "this place is cared for." Smudged, spotted or cloudy glass says the opposite, even if everything inside is spotless.
How often should a business clean its windows?
Hard water spots: why waiting makes it worse
Sprinklers and coastal moisture leave minerals behind as white, chalky spots. Left alone, they bond to the glass and can eventually etch into it. Light spotting wipes off easily. Old, baked-in deposits take special products and far more time, and some etching can't be fully reversed.
Catch it early. Redirect sprinklers away from the glass, and never scrub with anything abrasive. Hard water treatment is priced as a separate add-on, and I'll tell you the cost before I start.
